WARRANTY TERMS

The battery warranty is valid for life from the date of purchase. The warranty for engine damage is valid for 1 years including the date of purchase. Warranty applications, both batteries and engines, must include an official warranty card from Watchaholic Store that has been filled out completely and correctly and the original sales receipt. This warranty does not cover damage in the form of scratches, cosmetic defects, damage due to water, damage to the watch strap, damage due to handling by parties other than Watchaholic Store after-sales service, or any damage caused by use and aging.

The warranty is not valid if you cannot show the official warranty card from Watchaholic Store and the original sales receipt, or proof of purchase email (for online purchases).

PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS

To be able to make a purchase on our website, you are required to provide data in the form of your full name according to your ID card, an active and contactable telephone number and email address, and other information requested during the registration process. You are also required to provide valid and correct payment and/or credit card information. Watchaholic Store only sells to individuals who meet the purchase requirements as described above. In addition, you agree to give us permission to use your payment information for the purpose of checking the authenticity of the data to avoid misuse and data fraud.

You can choose the desired payment method. Transfer via bank account, credit card, or installments. Payment using credit cards and installments managed by Watchaholic Store's Team. We also accept using Cryptocurrency as a method of payments (USDT, BTC, and ETH)

Your Visa and MasterCard credit card payments are made securely and confidentially according to banking standards using. Your credit card data is sent directly to the bank without being able to be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank.

CONFIRMATION

After we receive your order we will send a confirmation email to the email address you have registered. Therefore, it is very important that you provide a correct and active email address when placing an order. Please save the order confirmation email for after-sales needs and other contact with our customer service. Please note that the proof of purchase email also serves as a requirement for submitting a warranty.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
